Junior (2016): CoSIDA ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT FIRST TEAM (3.98 GPA) … Power hitter with nine pinch-hit appearances on the season for Kentucky before earning the every-day RF starting assignment … Had two RBI singles against South Carolina in game two of the series, including driving in the game-winning run in the top of the first … That game was her first-ever multi-hit game of her career … Had home runs in back-to-back games, including a walk-off homer over NKU to give UK a 9-0 run-rule win over the NKU Norse … In week seven of the season (NKU, Murray, Arkansas x3), had four hits, with three of them as RBI doubles … Has driven in nine runs the last 20 games … Doubled against Alabama in the Sunday game for her first extra-base hit in two weeks. 

Sophomore (2015): Hit her way into the everyday lineup coming up with some big hits … Hit .226 with four doubles, six home runs and 25 RBI … Went 2-for-2 against SIU with two RBI and two doubles … Went 1-for-3 vs. No. 10 Arizona with a two-run homer … Had three hits and a RBI against Long Beach State … Blasted a solo home run and a double in the TAMU series …Had a two-RBI single against Ohio … Hit a two-run home run against Murray State in front of her family and friends as the game was played miles from her hometown … Had a hit in each of the last two games at Auburn, including a home run and an RBI single … After a tough series vs. LSU, Ray had a big hit against Louisville, blasting a three-run home run to give UK a 4-0 lead in the sixth inning … The three RBI vs. Louisville was a career high … Went 3-for-4 against Alabama with an RBI and three hits in the DH vs. FAU with a run scored … Had a hit in each of the first two games of the South Carolina series … Blasted a three-run home run against Tennessee after the Lady Vols intentionally walked Griffin Joiner.

Freshman (2014):Played in 25 games with 22 at-bats, earning two hits and an RBI … First career hit in game one vs. Missouri, sparking a two-run rally … In her first career start against MVSU, she launched a leadoff home run … Had an RBI groundout vs. Arkansas and a sacrifice fly vs. WKU.

High School: A four-year letterwinner at Marshall County High School under head coach Kara Hamby in Western Kentucky … Was an offensive star for the Lady Marshals, playing mostly on the infield … Hit .472 her senior year at the dish, while totaling an impressive .512 mark her junior year … Hit well as an underclassman as well with a .474 average her sophomore season and .492 average her freshman season … Led her team to the district championship in 2009, 2010-13, while the Lady Marshals won the regional championship in 2009 … Earned several awards in high school being named to the All-Region Team every year she played, while earning All-State honors in 2013 … Was also selected to play in the Kentucky East/West All-Start Game her junior and senior seasons … Played with the Illinois Southern Force travel team, which finished top five in 2010 and 2011 at the Amateur Softball Association of America National Tournament … The Played for the Fury last summer in travel ball, finishing fourth at Gold Nationals in 2013 … Honor roll student all four years on high school graduating in the top 10 in her class … Was also active in the community, volunteering at a local nursing home and was a member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club … Parents are Mike and Cindi Ray … Has one brother, Brandon Ray … Plans a major in human health science … Nicknamed “Buzz.”
