Kentucky Cheerleading Finishes Seventh in UCA Game Day Competition

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky cheerleaders finished seventh in Division IA Game Day competition at the Universal Cheerleaders Association national meet on Friday night in Orlando, Fla.

The white squad Cats were in fourth place after Friday’s semifinals but slipped to seventh after the finals. UK finished sixth in the same competition at the 2024 national competition.

On Saturday, Kentucky begins competing in the Division IA large coed division, which the Cats have won a record 24 times. UK competes in the semifinals at 10:49 a.m.
