Saturday Washed Out at NFCA Lead-Off Classic

CLEARWATER, Fla. – The 2023 National Fastpitch Coaches’ Association Lead-Off Classic games for Saturday have been cancelled due to weather in the Tampa area.

Kentucky was leading Pittsburgh 2-0 in the top of the first inning at the time of suspension. UK’s game vs. Pitt and the game scheduled for Saturday night vs. Southern has been cancelled.

UK will play No. 9/6 Texas on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. ET.
