“It’s no secret we are excited to head back to the Clover Cup and Longbow Golf Club,” stated Head Coach Golda Borst. “Last time we were here, our season got cut short and a lot has happened since then. Our team has been looking forward to this trip for a long time and they are pumped to see the back nine of the course!”
Kentucky will be competing against 16 teams including Southeastern Conference opponents Georgia, LSU and Texas A&M.
The Wildcats are coming off its most recent tournament in South Carolina at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate. The tournament, held at the Long Cove Club in Hilton Head, resulted in an 11th-place team finish.

Kentucky Women’s Golf announced the start of a new fundraiser last week to aid fellow Kentuckians in the Western region of the state who were devastated by an EF4 tornado in early December of last year. In partnership with the Kentucky Red Cross, the program is asking for monetary donations or pledges. For each birdie made, beginning with the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate and throughout the rest of the 2022 spring season, money will be given to those impacted by the catastrophic disaster.
Those wishing to donate can do so by clicking here.
