UK Varsity Women’s Softball Announces Open Tryout Information

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky varsity women’s softball team has announced that an open tryout for the 2022 team will be held on Monday, March 14 at 4 p.m. ET.
 
The tryout session is open to all full-time, academically-eligible UK students.

The student will be required to have the following completed before the tryout a current physical, sickle cell test result, and full-time enrollment verification. Additionally, to align with UK and Southeastern Conference guidelines, all students will be required to either present proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the tryout to participate.
 
It is preferred, but not required, the student is registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center. To register, visit: www.ncaaeligibilitycenter.org.
