Kentucky Softball Cancels Fall Games vs. Eastern Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky softball team will not play Eastern Kentucky on Sunday in its scheduled doubleheader due to rain in the Lexington area expected throughout the day. There is a chance of rescheduling the games, which will come at a later time.
 
UK will now open its fall season next Sunday in Columbus against the Ohio State Buckeyes at 1 p.m. ET.

Friday, Oct. 5 vs. Georgetown … 6 p.m. ET (John Cropp Stadium – Lexington, Ky.)
Sunday, Oct. 7 vs. Tennessee … 4:30 p.m. ET (John Cropp Stadium – Lexington, Ky.)
Saturday, Oct. 13 at Louisville, vs. WKU … 10 a.m. ET / Noon ET (Louisville, Ky.)
Sunday, Oct. 14 at Tennessee … 2 p.m. ET (Knoxville, Tenn.)
