HOW TO REGISTER FOR CAMP:

To enroll, complete the online registration by clicking on the “camp brochure” under the camp you would like to register for, or by simply clicking on the online registration link here or above.

SUMMER CAMPS

June 17 – 18, 2013 – Kentucky Advanced Offense • $150

  • Enrollment is limited on a first come first serve basis ONLINE ONLY.

June 18, 2013 – Kentucky Advanced Defense • $85

  • Enrollment is limited on a first come first serve basis ONLINE ONLY.

  • Grade 7 – 18 year old
  • No pitching specific instruction
  • 2 – 5 p.m.

June 19, 2013 – Wildcat Hitting Camp • $85

  • 8 – 11 a.m.

June 19 – 20, 2013 – Wildcat Pitching Camp • $150

  • Enrollment is limited on a first come first serve basis ONLINE ONLY.

  • Age 8 – 18 year old
  • Pitchers must provide a catcher (catcher wavier-please complete and bring with you)

July 15 – 17, 2013 – Wildcat Summer Day Camp • $295

  • Enrollment is limited on a first come first serve basis ONLINE ONLY.

  • Age 9 – 7th Grade
  • 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Daily

July 15 – 17, 2013 – Junior Wildcat Summer Day Camp • $150

  • Enrollment is limited on a first come first serve basis ONLINE ONLY.

  • Age 5 – 9 year old
  • 9 a.m. – Noon Daily

August 24, 2013 – Kentucky All Skills Camp • $100

  • Enrollment is limited on a first come first serve basis ONLINE ONLY.
  • No pitching specific instruction

  • Age 8 – 18 year old
  • 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. *lunch break; lunch will not be provided

Fall Camps will be released July 2013.

All camps have the same requirements mandated by the University of Kentucky. All MUST be met by the first day of camp. The required information is as follows:

  1. A signed parental consent statement

  2. Copy of a physical, dated within 6 months-1 year of camp – Physician’s statement is acceptable in lieu of a physical
  3. Copy of the front and back of camper’s health insurance card
    **NO CAMPER WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL ALL REQUIRED MEDICAL INFORMATION IS RECEIVED!**
  4. Balance must be paid in full.

What to bring:

**Please make sure everything is clearly labeled! There will be a lost and found located at the camp store. The University of Kentucky and its Softball Program are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Discounts:
To receive the University of Kentucky Employee Discount of 25% you must provide a copy of your UK employee ID card at camp registration on the first day of camp to be reimbursed. Additional discounts include groups of 8 or more (20% off each camper in group) and sibling ($20 off each additional sibling registered). You must contact Kentucky Softball or Sandy Morgan about Group Discounts at uksoftballcamps@email.uky.edu or call 859.257.4430!

Refund Policy:
If a camper notifies camp administration in advance (minimally a week prior to their respective camp) of the intent to withdraw from camp, a refund will be processed in full except for $50 service fee. Refunds will be given after the camp begins only in the case of injury or family emergency.

Camp Store:
To purchase exclusive UK Softball gear visit our Camp Store! We will only be able to accept cash or check (checks made out to UKAD). Please make sure if campers are given money that it’s put in a safe place.

Athletic Trainer:
There will be first aid and CPR certified trainers on site at all times. Water coolers will always be full; and Gatorade will also be available.  Certified Trainers cannot provide OTC (over the counter) medication to campers. 

Video Cameras:
And for all you die hard softball fans, please feel free to stay, watch, and learn throughout the camp, and ask questions at the end. Please be aware that video cameras are prohibited
.
