Junior Campers – Ages 6 – 10

June 22 – 25, 2009 – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (Mon – Thur)

$155 early registration (prior to and including June 1st)
$175 late registration (following June 1st)

Your registration fee includes camp awards, and a camp t-shirt

Commuter Campers – Ages 10 – 18

June 22 – 25, 2009 – 9:00 am – 3:30 pm (Mon – Wed) … 9:00 – 12:00 pm (Thur)

$215 early registration (prior to and including June 1st)
$235 late registration (following June 1st)
$245 early reg. includes dinner (prior to & including June 1st)
$265 late registration includes dinner (following June 1st)

Your registration fee includes lunch Mon – Wed for all commuter campers, camp awards, and a camp t-shirt

Commuters who wish to participate in the evening session: Evening sessions included for the overnight campers will consist of games between teams in the same age bracket. If a commuter camper wishes to take part in the evening sessions (ending around 8:00 pm), she can register as a commuter camper including the dinner option.

Overnight Campers – Ages 10 – 18

$305 early registration (prior to and including June 1st)
$325 late registration (following June 1st)

Your registration fee includes breakfast Tue – Thurs, Lunch & Dinner Mon – Wed, camp awards, and a camp t-shirt

How to Register

The University of Kentucky’s camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender). Please register Online or Mail the attached Application as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTICE THAT IF YOU ARE REGISTERING AS PART OF A GROUP, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE GROUP DISCOUNT, THE ENTIRE GROUP MUST MAIL IN THEIR REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS TOGETHER.

Online: Register online at www.UKathletics.com. Full payment or a $75 non-refundable deposit for commuters and overnight campers or a $50 deposit for junior campers by credit card and electronic checks, are accepted for online registration. Online registration will be open through the Monday a week prior to camp. A $20 Sibling/Employee discount will be applied at cart checkout.  In order to receive the group discount, the entire group must mail in their registration applications together.

Roommate Requests: If you have a roommate preference, both campers must request each other on their application.

On-site Registration: In the event that space is available, walk-up registrants will be accepted. A $20 fee will apply for same day registration. Cash or personal or cashiers/certified checks only.

Medical Information and Requirements: In order to participate in any of our camps or clinics, the University of Kentucky requires:

  • a signed Parental Consent Statement

  • proof of a physical, dated within one year of camp. (The physical may be mailed separately from the application or presented to the camp trainer at check-in.). Physician’s Statement is acceptable in lieu of a physical, and
  • a copy of both sides of camper’s health insurance card.

Confirmation: Once registered, all camp information including directions, where to park, check-in procedures, what to bring … will be available online at www.ukathletics.com.

NCAA rules prohibit payment of camp expenses (camp tuition, transportation, spending money, etc.) for prospects (9th grade and above) by University of Kentucky boosters. NCAA rules also prohibit free or reduced camp admissions for prospects. If you have any questions, notify camp officials prior to attending camp.
