Kentucky softball team continues its road swing in the Southeastern Conference this week when it travels to Athens, Ga., for a pivotal three-game series with the No. 6 Georgia Bulldogs. The Cats will face the SEC foe in a doubleheader on Wednesday, March 17 beginning at 5 p.m., with the series concluding Thursday at the same time.

UK (13-10-1, 2-7 SEC) won one of three last weekend at Ole Miss. The Cats won the middle game of the series 7-3 off a 2-for-3 performance at the plate from senior Rachel Friberg. Katie Campbell also had an impressive game, driving in two runs with a base hit in the contest.
