Softball Overnight Camps
Individual camp: July 15-18
Team camp: July 22-25
for all girls age 8 – 18*
* Any girl who has not started her freshman year in college is eligible to participate
COSTS
Individual Camp
The cost of the camp is $225 for overnight campers and $190 for commuters. A group discount is available if 4 or more applications are mailed in together, the fee for overnight is $200 and $180 for commuters. The deadline for applications to be mailed is June 24, if the application is mailed after the deadline a $10 late fee will be applied and you will not be guaranteed a t-shirt. This camp has limited space and will be filled on a first come first served basis. The cost includes: deposit, three nights lodging, eight meals, tuition fees, excess accident/medical insurance(your insurance will be primary), and camp t-shirt. Either a non-refundable deposit fee of $50 or the full fee must be received with your application. The remaining balance will be due at check in.
Team Camp
The cost of the camp is $200 for overnight campers and $165 for commuters. A minimum of 9 players and a coach for each team is required. The deadline for applications to be mailed is June 24. This camp will be limited to the first 6 teams to send in all their applications. All applications should be sent in together and the full fee is due at that time. Coaches with their teams pay no fee, but must pay for their own lodging.
HEALTH INSURANCE/MEDICAL FORM
Due to insurance regulations, a comprehensive health insurance/medical form is required of all campers. This form will be mailed to you upon receipt of your camp payment. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IF THIS FORM IS NOT TURNED IN ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE CAMP.

Expert instruction from experienced college coaches and players including sessions on recruiting and insights on being a UK student-athlete and mental aspects of softball
Excellent facilities at the UK Softball Complex including:lighted playing field, Astroturf batting cages, and pitching warm-up areas
Nutter Fieldhouse including: four hitting cages, two full-size Astroturf fields and four pitching mats and rubbers
Indoor Astroturf hitting/pitching room
Camp T-shirt
Dormitory and dining facilities near complex
Certified UK athletic trainer on site
CAMP SCHEDULE
All campers check in from 1 – 2 p.m. on the first day of camp. At this time all remaining camp fees must be paid and health insurance/medical form turned in or you will not be allowed to participate.

Catcher’s equipment (if you are a catcher)
Overnight campers should bring a pillow, bed sheets, blanket, towels, toiletries, alarm clock, snacks, and money for ordering pizza.

INDIVIDUAL CAMP EMPHASIS
We will emphasize fundamentals, new drills and techniques, game situations, and give you expert instruction from UK coaches and players! We encourage players of all levels to join us for a great camp experience. Our goal is to have each camper increase their softball knowledge and skills, have fun, and enjoy playing FASTPITCH softball! Come join us for some softball fun this summer!!
TEAM CAMP EMPHASIS
Provides competition opportunities in the evening sessions along with practice sessions during the day for players and coaches. We also will give individual instruction throughout the week.
