Left fielder Tiffany Kruse was recently named PNC Bank Student-Athlete of the Week. Kruse is a senior from Columbus, Ohio, majoring in art education.

Kruse is a member of the Society of Character and the 1999-2000 Southeastern Conference All-Academic team. She has been named to the university’s dean’s list in the fall of 1998, spring of 1999 and fall of 1999 and the UK Athletic Director’s Honor Roll during the 1998-99 season.

On the diamond, Kruse tops the all-time career doubles and triples list UK. She also tops the all-time list for an individual single-season doubles.
