LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky softball team is fresh off a school-record 41 wins in 2013 and enters the 2014 season with a school-record No. 12 preseason ranking. Fans can start showing their support for the team now by purchasing season tickets for the 2014 season. Single-game tickets will go on sale Monday, Feb. 10 at 9 a.m. ET.

Season tickets for the 2014 season are $35 per seat and are general admission tickets (no reserved seating). Season tickets include all regular-season home games, including two regular-season tournaments the Wildcats will host at John Cropp Stadium this season. Tickets are available by calling the UK Ticket Office at 1-800-928-2287, in person at the Joe Craft Center Ticket Office or online at www.ukathletics.com/tickets.

Single-game tickets go on sale Monday, Feb. 10 at 9 a.m. ET and are $5 for adults, $2 for seniors (ages 65 or older) and youth (ages 6-18) while children ages five and under will be admitted free of charge. Tickets are general admission and can be purchased by calling the ticket office at 1-800-928-2287 or in-person on game days at John Cropp Stadium (cash only).

Group tickets for parties of 20 or more are available by calling the ticket office in advance of the event.

Kentucky is scheduled to play 25 regular-season home games at John Cropp Stadium this season. The Wildcats’ home opener will be Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. ET vs. Eastern Kentucky as part of a four-team round-robin tournament. Rachel Lawson and Co. will also play host to a five-team tournament from March 21-23. UK will host four Southeastern Conference series at John Cropp Stadium in 2014: Auburn (March 28-30), Texas A&M (April 4-6), Arkansas (April 18-20) and Tennessee (April 25-27). UK’s annual home game against Louisville is scheduled for April 2 at 6 p.m. ET.

Kentucky will begin its 18th season on Feb. 6 in Long Beach, Calif., at the Mizuno Invitational. The Wildcats will play five games in the West Coast tournament beginning with their season opener vs. Santa Clara.
