The University of Kentucky Softball Program will be hosting three3 camps this Summer.
June 11 – 13, 2012 – Advanced Summer Day Camp – $290
Ages 10 – 18
9AM – 3:30PM daily – Lunch provided daily.

Requirements to Participate:
- A signed parental consent statement
- Copy of a physical, dated within 6 months-1 year of camp – Physician’s statement is acceptable in lieu of a physical
- Copy of the front and back of camper’s health insurance card – **NO CAMPER WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL ALL REQUIRED MEDICAL INFORMATION IS RECEIVED!**
- Balance must be paid in full.
