2025 (Senior): Team captain for second-consecutive season … President of the department SAAC at Kentucky Athletics (Student Athlete Advisory Committee) … Started final two games vs. Texas, getting her first-career SEC hit and RBI on May 2 vs. Citlaly Guiterrez and started SEC Tournament game vs. UGA … Hits vs. Memphis and Morgan State this season … Broke up the perfect game vs. Virginia Tech with a two-out walk in the bottom of the sixth inning … Earned SEC start vs. LSU in game 2 of the series

2024 (Junior): Team captain

2023 (Sophomore): Appeared in her first game of the season on March 25 against Texas A&M, and got a second-career turn at the plate on April 16 as the Wildcats took on Tennessee in Knoxville.

2022 (Freshman): Redshirted the 2022 season.

Pre-College: Ella Emmert joins the Kentucky Softball team from the Bluegrass State after immense success at the high school level with Lexington Catholic where she led LCHS to postseason success year after year. Emmert is a catcher but can also play in the infield as well, and provides a solid batting option at the plate for the Wildcats. Her senior year she was named Region 11 player of the year and made all state, all city and all district teams. She hit .500 BA with a .609 OBP and 1.353 OPS and had 26 stolen bases in 32 games that senior season. Emmert was also named NFCA regional player of the week.
