16 Football Cats Participate in Annual Pro Day

A total of 16 former Kentucky football players participated in UK’s 2019 Pro Day, which was held on campus on Friday. Included in the 16 were National Defensive Player of the Year Josh Allen and UK’s all-time leading rusher, Benny Snell, Jr.

The athletes wee put through a variety of skills tests, including running and agility drills, bench press, position-specific drills and the vertical jump.

The NFL Draft is set for April 25-27 in Nashville, Tennessee. The first round will be held on April 25, followed by the second and third rounds on April 26, and will conclude with rounds 4–7 on April 27. The main NFL Draft stage will be on First and Broadway. Draft picks on the main stage will take place the evenings of April 25 and April 26 and during the afternoon of April 27. Schermerhorn Symphony Center will be host to Selection Square, which features the team tables where representatives from each club will make their draft selections.
