The current facility, although functional, is not practical for our competitive matches since it takes six (6) courts to handle a normal college match.  The proposed expansion of the existing men’s and women’s indoor tennis facilities includes two additional courts, expanded team locker/shower areas, new coaches offices, team training rooms, study lounges, exercise areas, administration suite and create chair-back seating for 400 spectators overlooking all 6 renovated courts.   A new spectator entrance from the outdoor complex will be created with new restrooms and visiting team facilities directly accessible off this entrance, making these facilities available to both indoor and outdoor facilities.  The project required funding is estimated to be $6.5 million.
