LEXINGTON, Ky. – Fresh off a feat that had not occurred at a Southeastern Conference Championship since 1999, UK track and field hurdler Kendra Harrison has been named to the post-conference championships edition of the Bowerman Watch List.

She won both the 100 and 400-meter hurdles, becoming the first woman since South Carolina’s Ellakisha Williamson in 1999 to continue her historic 2014 season

She is the collegiate leader in the 400-meter hurdles and ranked No. 3 in the 100-meter hurdles.

Harrison ran the second fastest winning-400m hurdles time in SEC Championship history, 54.76, which ranks No. 3 in the world this year. Additionally, she became just the second woman to ever break 55 seconds at the SEC Championships.

Her winning 100m hurdles time of 12.86 was the fastest at a SEC Championships since Nickiesha Wilson (LSU) ran 12.81 in 2008.
