The Cats are a No. 5 seed in Joe Lunardi’s Bracketlogy this week, slated to play the winner of Boston College and Gonzaga in Lunardi’s projections.

Women’s basketball: The women slipped a spot in the AP Top 25 to No. 20 following a 1-1 week. Like the men, UK is a No. 5 seed in ESPN’s Bracketology.

Softball: At 8-2 on the season, UK softball checks in at No. 24 in this week’s ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25. UK still sits just outside the top 25 in the NFCA Top 25, recieving 27 votes from the pollsters.

Gymnastics: UK is ranked 29th overall in the GymInfo national rankings, but the Cats are ranked in the top 20 in every event except for beam.
