  • Qualified for NCAA Championships with a personal best in the 400H, running the second fastest time of NCAA East Prelims, and 12.89 in the 100H for the third fastest time 
  • Ran for bronze in both the 100H (12.78w) and 400H (55.44) at SEC Championships 
  • Ran 100H facility record and personal best at Kentucky Invitational (12.71) 
  • Won Drake Relays 400H (56.27) 
  • Earned a personal best with her 100H win (12.75) at the Joe May Invitational, ranking third all-time for UK 
  • Ran for a personal best in the 400H (55.41), beating her previous personal best from her 2021 NCAA Outdoor Championships fourth place finish (56.18) and placed second in the 100H (13.18) at the Florida Relays 
  • Earned a personal best in the 100m (11.54) and won the 400H at the Black and Gold Invite 

Indoor 

  • Earned silver in the 60H (7.95) at NCAA Indoor Championships, her highest ever individual NCAA finish of her career 
  • Qualified for NCAA Championships in the 60H and 4x400m  
  • Earned bronze in the 60H (7.95) at SEC Championships 
  • Ran for a personal best 7.93 in the 60H at the Tiger Paw Invitational for the No. 2 spot on the all-time list in the 60H

  • Placed second in the 60H with a new personal best (8.01), ran a personal best and finished second in the 200m (23.60) and earned a personal best in the 60m in prelims (7.46) 
  • Tied her personal best in the 60H (8.01) with a second-place finish in the event, ran the first leg in the then-school record 4x400m relay (3:28.62) 

2020-21 (Junior)
Indoor 

  • First-team All-America in the 4x400m relay as UK finished fifth at the NCAA Championships 
  • Second-team All-America in the 60m hurdles with a 15th-place finish 
  • Scored points at the SEC Championships in the 60m hurdles, finishing fourth with a time of 8.12 seconds; also part of the fifth-place distance medley relay 
  • Silver medalist at the SECs in the 4×400 relay, part of a school-record run of 3:28.82; received second-team All-SEC laurels for that effort 
  • Personal-best 8.10 seconds in the 60 hurdles, coming at the Tiger Paw Invitational, is No. 3 in school history. 

 Outdoor 

  • Competed in U.S. Olympic Team Trials in the 100H, finishing 19th (13.09). Placed 12th in the 400H semifinals with a time of 58.00 
  • Finished 4th in the 400m hurdles with a personal best time of 56.18, ranked 5th for UK all-time, earning another first team All-America honors 
  • Placed sixth in the 100m hurdles at NCAA Championships (12.97), earning first team All-American 
  • Advanced to the NCAA Championships in both the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles 
  • Turned in a personal-best 12.90 seconds in the 100 hurdles, tying for No. 3 in school history 
  • Bronze medalist in the 400 hurdles at the SEC Championships, with a personal-best time of 56.75 seconds that is No. 5 on the all-time UK list; received second-team All-SEC accolades 
  • Also contributed points at the SEC Championships with sixth-place finishes in the 100 hurdles and the 4×400 relay 
  • Picked up a win during the spring in the 400m at the Kentucky Invitational 

2019-20 (Sophomore)
