2009-10 (Senior): Cross Country – Scored in each of UK’s meets this season to extend scoring streak to two consecutive full seasons … At NCAA Southeast Regional, placed third for the Cats and 56th overall completing the 6K course in 22:03 … Final scorer for UK at the SEC Championships in the 59th spot running a mark of 23:28 on the 6K course … Ran 18:11.78 to finish third on the team and 25th overall in return to hometown at the 5K Greater Louisville Classic … Crossed the finished line in 18:29 at the 5K Old Timers Classic to place fourth on the team and eighth overall.

2008-09 (Junior): Cross Country – During second year of cross country, competed in first NCAA Championship Meet finishing the 6K course in 21:52 … Finished 31st overall at NCAA Southeast Regional with a 6K time of 21:51 … Placed 24th overall at SEC Championships running 21:39 on the 6K course … Finished in top three on the team in six of seven meets this season … Season best times were recorded at Notre Dame Invitational (5K – 17:33) and Penn State National Invitational (6K – 21:25). Indoor – Ran top 3,000m time of the year at the Kentucky Invitational, clocking in at 9:46.46 … Posted an eighth-place finish in the 3,000m run at the SEC Championships, racing a clip of 9:47.84 … Ran season-best mile mark at the Iowa State Classic with a finish of 4:52.99. Outdoor – Moved up to eighth on the school’s all-time list in the 5,000m run, crossing the finish line in a personal-best time of 16:49.62 to place eighth in the Penn Relays’ Olympic Development race … Finished ninth overall in the 10,000m run at the SEC Championships … Placed 12th in the 5,000m run at SECs, turning in a time of 17:16.05 … In the NCAA Mideast Regional 5,000m run final, placed 19th overall.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Cross Country – In first year of cross country came up big at season-ending Southeast Regional, running a personal best 6K time of 21:41 to finish fifth on the team and 49th overall … Improved 6K time by 43 seconds from SEC Championships to Southeast Regional two weeks later helping the Cats finish fourth overall as a team. Indoor – Placed eighth in the 3000m at the SEC Championships with a personal-best time of 9:47.71 … Also at the conference championships, ran a personal-best run of 17:12.49 in the 5000m to place tenth overall; the mark places her tenth all-time in the UK record books … Finished seventh in 3000 meters at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational clocking in at 9:49.78. Outdoor – At SEC Championships, ran a personal-best 10,000m time of 36:32.23 that ranks fourth all-time at UK to finish ninth … Entered record books with 10th-best finish all-time at UK of 16:52.45 in the 5000m at Stanford Invitational.

2006-07 (Freshman): Cross Country – Did not compete. Indoor – Participated in the mile run, finishing in a season-best time of 5:00.30 at the Husky Classic in Seattle. Outdoor – Ran in the 1,500 and 3,000 meter events.

High School: A four-time first-team all-state selection in track and field and a two-time all-state selection in cross country … A member of Sacred Heart’s three-time KHSAA Class AAA State Champion cross country team … Member of the 2004 KHSAA Class AAA State Champion track and field squad … Named Kentucky’s High School Senior Runner of the Year by the Kentucky High School Coaches Association in 2005 … A member of the three-time (2003-05) state championship 4×800 relay squad … Named to the Kentucky Super Cross Country Team in 2004, a list that honors the top 12 runners in the state of Kentucky … A 2004 regional cross country champion … Won three individual cross country races as a senior … Crossed the finish line fifth at the 2005 KHSAA state cross country championships after an 11th-place finish at the event the previous year … Finished third in the state in the mile her final season … Posted fourth and fifth-place finishes her sophomore and junior seasons, respectively, in the 800-meter run at the state meet … Captain of her high school track and cross country squads … Voted her school’s Athlete of the Year her final campaign … An Academic All-State selection each of her four years at Sacred Heart … A member of the school’s honor roll each year … President of her school’s Spanish Club and Vice president of the Social Club and the Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) … Also participated in varsity soccer her first two years at Sacred Heart.
