• Placed 16th with a time of 23:29.7 in the 8k race at the Pre-National Invitational

2024-25 (Sophomore)

Cross Country

• Placed 25th, and scored team points, in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Region in a personal best time of 30:37.5
• Placed 18th, and led team in scoring, in the 8k at the SEC Championships in a time of 23:07.7
• Won the Gans Creek Classic 8k in his season debut, setting a course record, meet record, and new personal best in a time of 23:07.6

Indoor

• Broke the school record in the 3000m event for a second time at the David Hemery Valentine Invite with a 7:51.38 mark
• Posted the third-fastest time in program history of 3:58.18 in the men’s mile event at the Razorback Invitational
• Helped the Wildcats earn seventh  in the men’s DMR final with a 9:37.91 time and finished 23rd in the 3k final at the SEC Indoor Championships

Outdoor

• Placed third in the men’s 1500m event at the Black and Gold Challenge with a 3:42.85 time
• Broke the school record in the 5k event at the Stanford Invitational (Apr. 4), placing eighth with a 13:39.28 mark, qualifying for the NCAA East First Rounds
• Posted a personal best mark and the 10th-best time in UK history in the 1500m at the Jim Green Invitational with a 3:42.49 time
• Placed seventh in the men’s 1500m final at the SEC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:53.89
• Advanced to the NCAA East Regionals in the 5k event, finishing 15th in the final

2023-24 (Freshman)

Cross Country

• Placed 23rd with a time of 24:25.5 in the 8k at the Southern Showcase
• Placed 28th with a personal best time of 24:11.7 in the 8k at the Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational
• Placed 15th with a time of 24:17.8 in the 8k at the Crimson Classic
