2003: Outdoor – NCAA qualifier in the 1,500 meters… NCAA Regional and SEC finalist in the 1,500 meters… Ran a personal- best time of 3:42.65 at the Cardinal Qualifier… Ran a seasonal best 1:48.41 to place second at the Sea Ray Relays. Indoor – Earned his second All-American honor by placing seventh in the mile at the NCAA Championships… Placed third at the SEC Championships in the mile with a personal best time of 4:01.10… Set the 800-meter school record by placing second at the SEC Challenge with a time of 1:47.40… Ran the 1,600-meter leg of the school record-setting Distance Medley Relay team.Cross Country – Led UK with a 10th-place finish at the SEC Championships to earn All-SEC honors…Had top-10 finishes in four of the six races…Finished 31st at the NCAA Southeast Regional… Finished eighth at the Auburn Invitational to again lead his team with a time 24:10.13.

2002: Outdoor – Set the school record and a personal record in the 800 meters with his time of 1:47.66 at the SEC Championships, placing fourth and earning All-SEC honors… Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 800 meters… Had a personal-best time of 3:48.77 in the 1,500 meters at the Stanford Invitational. Indoor – Earned All-America honors with a ninth-place finish in the 800 meters… Placed sixth at the SEC Chamionships in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 1:48.91… Ran A personal-best 4:09.56 in the mile at the Iowa State Classic.

2001: Outdoor – Opened the season by splitting 2:55.50 for the 1200-meter leg in the distance medley, finishing third at Sea Ray Relays… Ran an 800-meter time of 1:49.98 at the Mt. Sac Relays… Anchored the 4 x 800 meter relay team at Penn Relays, finishing second… Placed sixth with a time of 1:48.44 at the SEC Championships in the 800 meters provisionally qualifying him for the NCAA Championships… Was a USATF Junior All-American after a third-place finish at the Junior National Championships. Indoor – Finished fourth in the 800 meters at SEC Championships with a time of 1:48.54 to advance to NCAA Championships… Member of distance medley relay team that finished second at SEC Championships… Placed second in the 800 meters at the SEC Quad Meet with a time of 1:51.25.

High School: Won 800-meter title as a senior at the Florida Class 4A State Championships in a time of 1:52.84… Finished second in the 800 meters at the state meet as a junior…Was named All-State in cross country and All-County in cross country and track… Awarded the U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar-Athlete Award… Also played football, earning the team’s best offensive player award… Member of the National Honor Society…Graduated in the top six percent of his class.
