2008-09 (Junior): Cross Country – Completed career-best race at SEC Championships to place second on the team and 32nd overall running an 8K time of 25:08 … The place was his highest on the team in his career and the mark was almost two minutes faster than previous 8K races earlier in the season … At Southeast Regional, placed 111th overall with a 10K time of 33:29. Indoor – Concentrated on the mile run, turning in best time of 4:17.85 at the Iowa State Classic. Outdoor – Recorded personal-best 800m time of 1:53.52 at EKU Open … Notched personal-best 1,500m run mark of 3:57.27 at the Sea Ray Relays.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Cross Country – Competed in all races for Kentucky before suffering injury just before Southeast Regional … Best finish came at Old Timers Classic where he finished fourth on the team in the five mile race at 26:12. Indoor – Did not compete. Outdoor – Finished fourth in the steeplechase at Yellow Jacket Invitational, crossing the line with a personal-best mark of 9:48.02 … Placed fourth at EKU Open in 1,500m run with a personal-best time of 3:59.36 … Also ran season-best 800m time at EKU crossing the line in 1:59.79.

2006-07 (Previous College): Participated in track and field and cross country at Ohio University … Posted the team’s second-best 800-meter time at the MAC Indoor Championships, finishing in 1:59.18 … Ran a cross country seasonal best at the NCAA Pre-Nationals, finishing the 8K race in 26:09.00 … Ran in seven of the team’s eight cross country meets during the season … Coached by Mitch Bentley.
