2007-08 (Junior): Cross Country – Finished 23rd overall at Southeast Regional with a 6K time of 21:20 to earn All-Region honors … Led squad by crossing the line first for the Cats at SEC Championships with 6K mark of 21:25 good for 14th overall; earning her a spot on the women’s second team All-SEC. Indoor – Posted a personal best time in the 5000m run at the Husky Classic crossing the finish in 17:00.67 to pencil her name into the seventh position in the UK record books. … Set a personal record in the mile run at the McCravy Memorial meet with a mark of 4:53.24 … At the Kentucky Invitational set a personal-best time in the 3000m run of 9:50.30. Outdoor – One of three UK women to score at the Mideast Regional by placing eighth overall in the steeplechase with a time of 10:56.90, earning All-Mideast Regional Honors … At SEC Championships toppled the steeplechase record a second time with a personal-best pace of 10:35.76 and placed third overall … Broke own steeplechase varsity record set in 2007 with a time of 10:47.65 at the Stanford Invitational. 2006-07 (Sophomore): Named to the Southeastern Conference Good Works Team for the 2007 season for her dedication to community service. Cross Country – Competed in each of Kentucky’s meets as a sophomore … Best finish came at the Greater Louisville Classic where she was in the top 20 with a squad-best 18th place finish and a 5K time of 18:25 … Finished in a personal-best 5K time of 18:08 at the Old Timer’s Classic to finish sixth overall … Was second on the team and 37th overall at the SEC Championships (21:42, 6K). Indoor – Ran a personal-best time of 5:05.67 in mile run at McCravy Memorial … Posted personal-best mark of 10:11 in 3000m at Kentucky invitational. Outdoor – Picked up a regional-qualifying mark and personal best in the women’s 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:48.06 to finish seventh at SEC Outdoor Championships and earn a trip to the NCAA Mideast Regional.

2005-06 (Freshman): Cross Country – Competed in each of the squads five meets during her freshman campaign … Helped key UK’s fourth-place finish at the SEC Championships with a strong 41st place showing at the conference meet (21:36, 6K) … Finished seventh at the Woodford Trials (12:10, 2-mile). Indoor – Competed in the mile and the 800 (2:24.12) for the Cats. Outdoor – Posted a personal best 4:50.90 in the 1,500 at the Yellow Jacket Invite … Held the Cats’ top 3,000m mark of the season.
