2014-15 (Senior): Earned All-SEC Community Service Team honors … Competed in six events during his final campaign in the Blue and White … Averaged a 78.6 stroke average for the season … Low round of 71 came in the second round of the Wolf Run Intercollegiate … Best finish was a tie for 42nd at the Erin Hills Intercollegiate (78-79-73) … Competed in the Gary Koch Invitational and carded back-to-back rounds of 75 in his final collegiate action.

2013-14 (Junior): Played in nine tournaments as a junior for UK and owned a stroke average of 75.59… Played in the NCAA Raleigh Regional and NCAA Championship for the Wildcats… Posted a season-low 54-hole score of 220 (71-70-79) in the NCAA Raleigh Regional… Turned in his best round of the season at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate where he tied for 25th with a 221 (74-72-75).

2012-13 (Sophomore): Competed in all 12 tournaments for UK with three top-20 finishes and one top-10 finish … Won his first career tournament at the Querencia Cabo Collegiate, shooting 2-under-par … Placed tied for 14th and tied for 20th at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational and Wolf Run Invitational, respectively … Shot career-low round of 3-under-par, 69 and season-best 54-hole score of 220 at the Wolf Run Invitational … Finished sixth on the team with a season stroke average of 76.12.

Summer of 2012: Shot a 13-under at the Men’s City Championship, finishing first … Qualified for the Southern Amateur with a second place finish, carding a 70.

2011-12 (Freshman): Played in six tournaments, including one with the team’s starting five … Started at UK’s home event, the UK?Bluegrass Fall Invitational, where he finished in a tie for 40th, his best finish of the year … Shot a season-low round of 2-under-par 70 in the final round of the Schenkel Invitational.

Summer of 2011: Finished in second place in the Lexington Men’s City … Finished in a tie for 11th place in the Trusted Choice Big I National Championship.

High School: Recorded back-to-back top-10 finishes at the Big I National Championship in 2009 and 2010 … Carded a 72-hole score of 69, 66, 75, 69 in 2009 to finish in a tie for eighth place … One year later, carded a 72-hole score of 77, 73, 69, 65 to finish in a tie for second place … Final round score of 65 at the 2010 Big I National Championship at Olde York Golf Club is a course record … Academic honor roll all four years

Personal: Son of Barry and Allyson Bishop … Has two brothers, Danny and Jay … Comes from a very athletic family; mom (tennis) and dad (baseball) each played sports at Union University and brother Danny is a golfer at Eastern Kentucky University.
