2003: Outdoor – Ran a personal best time of 3:48.27 in the 1,500 meters at the Sea Ray Relays, placing 10th and qualifying for the NCAA Regional Championships… Placed second in the 1,500 meters at the SEC Quad Meet… Ran a seasonal best 1:50.11 in the 800 meters at the Cardinal Qualifier. Indoor – Earned his first All-American honor by leading- off the seventh place Distance Medley Relay squad at the NCAA Championships… Earned All-SEC honors by anchoring the second place Distance Medley Relay team at the SEC Championships… Led the school record-setting Distance Medley Relay team that placed first at the Tyson Invitational… Ran a personal best time of 1:49.19 in the 800 meters at the Rod McCravy Memorial… Ran a personal best 4:10.15 in the mile at the Kentucky Invitational. Cross Country – Did not compete.
At Monmouth: Won the 800 meters at the 2002 Northeastern Conference Indoor Championships…Finished second at the IC4A Championships, provisionally qualifying for the NCAA Championship.
High School: Was the 2000 New Jersey Group III State Champion… Holds the school record in the 800 meters.
