Madison on Reynolds: ?Jarrod was is of the most improved pitchers on our staff this year. He had a solid fall and has a chance to earn more innings this year. He should have a fine senior season as he continues to show improvement and leadership to our club.?

As a Junior: Posted a team-low 2.45 ERA among all UK pitchers in 2001? Appeared in four games and worked four innings? Pitched three scoreless outings before giving up one earned run in a 14-5 Kentucky win over Morehead State (5/1)? Struck out one and walked three in his first outing of the season at Furman (2/11)? Threw an inning each against Tennessee Tech (4/4) and the Bearcats of Cincinnati (4/25), allowing no runs on two hits? Struck out one batter in his appearance against Morehead State (5/1).

As a Sophomore: Appeared in five games as a relief pitcher for the Cats, logging 5.2 innings? Threw 2.0 scoreless innings without allowing a hit in UK?s 13-2 win over Charleston Southern (2/12)?Pitched 1.0 innings against Florida, recording one strike out and allowing only one hit (4/8).

As a Freshman: Made three appearances for the Cats…Allowed just one run in 2.0 innings of work at Arkansas.
