2000 – Played in 20 of UK?s 22 games, staring 13, including both NCAA tournament matches… Scored his only goal of the season off a penalty kick in 3-0 victory over UNC Asheville… Named to MAC and SEC Honor Rolls… Inducted into the UK Society of Character… Named a second-team Verizon Academic All-District IV selection and honorable mention All-North Central Region Scholar-Athlete… Also named a PNC Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week and made the Athletics Director?s Honor Roll.

Pre-College – Played at Centerville High School, which was ranked fourth in the nation by USA Today in 1997… Scored eight goals and had eight assists as a senior… Led his team to the 1997 state championship game… Was an All-State player… Elected team captain… Was named All-Area and All-League… Voted team MVP… Played for the Centerville Galaxies club team that finished as runner-up at the Manchester United Youth Festival in England in 1993 and third at the 1997 Tournoi De Cadets in Lille, France… Member of the National Honor Society.
