Senior (2016): Voted “Woman of the Match” by her teammates after first time of the season in relief vs. Murray State for working so hard day in and day out … Came off the bench to come in for Soucie at Texas A&M in the 90th minute after Soucie’s injury … Earned first-career SEC win at #9 Arkansas … Made a career-high five saves in that match.
Junior (2015): Started the Wildcats game vs. Texas A&M allowing just one goal in her only appearance of the season.
Sophomore (2014): Recorded first-career start, shutout and win against Mississippi State … Started four SEC matches in a row (MSU, AU, MU, TAMU) and played all 90 minutes in three of the four (2nd H, TAMU), earning a 2-1-0 record … Recorded her first-career save against Auburn to help lead UK to a weekend split.
Freshman (2013): Appeared to help close the shutout of Eastern Kentucky, facing zero shots, and keepinga clean sheet … Came on at Florida to keep score and not allow a goal on theroad in first SEC action of career … Recorded first-career save at Florida.
Pre-College: From Cincinnati, Ohio, where she currently lives in Hamilton, Ohio … Played her club soccer at the Ohio Elite Soccer Academy under the direction of head coach Douglas Bracken and goalkeepers coach Dave Schureck … Was the starting goalkeeper nearly every game the last five seasons for Ohio Elite … Was a Nike-sponsored ECNL Player Development Player member in Toledo, Ohio, and was also named the starting keeper there … While at Summit Country Day High School, led her team to back-to-back Final Fours, and Ohio State Champions in her junior season. Parker was named Miami Valley Conference all first-team in 2012, defensive MVP, and completed her senior season with 16 shutouts, only allowing eight goals … Tutored Inner City Youths for the last three years as a member of the Leadership Scholars Program … Very active in her Church and Jack and Jill of America, Inc. providing tutorial services to Inner City Children and working in Homeless Shelters throughout the City … The daughter of Rex and Jacqueline Parker, Ayanna has not decided on a major for her studies in the fall.
