ORLANDO, Fla. – The Kentucky dance team finished fifth in Division I-A Game Day at the Universal Dance Association national competition on Friday.
Kentucky was in fourth place after Friday’s semifinals and was unable to move above that placement.
“I am proud of the team. They did what we asked of them,” said UK head coach Janet Brock. “They have put in countless hours and I’m thankful for the opportunity to work with them.”
Kentucky’s best-ever finish in the Game Day competition came in 2021, when UK finished second.
