No. 24 Kentucky Welcomes No. 16 Auburn for Ranked Series
Like the Southeastern Conference basketball gauntlet this season, the relentless nature of the league’s 10-weekend march continues this weekend as No. 24 Kentucky welcomes No. 16 Auburn for a three-game series beginning Friday night at Kentucky Proud Park.
The Wildcats opened conference play 1-2 at No. 3 Georgia before falling to Murray State on Tuesday evening, just their third loss in the past 27 midweek games for the Cats. The Cats look to bounce back versus Auburn with right-hander Nic McCay taking the mound.
This weekend could prove to be a raucous environment as well with Auburn’s top-seeded men’s basketball team opening the NCAA tournament at Rupp Arena.
Friday and Saturday’s games will be streamed on SECN+ and Sunday is a national televised game on the SEC Network. Live audio will be available on the UK Sports Network, UKathletics.com official app and 98.5 FM in Lexington.
