2023 Elite Performance Camp

This camp is designed to help improve strength, speed, agility, and athletic performance for athletes by focusing on the fundamentals of strength and conditioning through:

  • Proper lifting technique
  • Plyometric drills and exercises
  • Change of direction and agility mechanics
  • Strength training for sport specific movements
  • Injury prevention from sport related injury

Coach Strobis is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Tennis and Track and Field at the University of Kentucky. He will directly oversee and implement the programming related to the above goals, while progressing or regressing training to fit the needs of each athlete or age group.
