Indoor Track Teams Begin Season Saturday
LEXINGTON, Kentucky – The University of Kentucky men’s and women’s indoor track teams begin the 2022-23 season Saturday at the Commonwealth College Opener in Louisville.
The meet begins at 10 a.m. at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center, located at 3029 W. Muhammad Ali Blvd. in Louisville. A total of 19 schools are expected to participate, including:

The Kentucky teams are beginning their fifth season under head coach Lonnie Greene. The Wildcat women are coming off a third-place finish at the 2022 NCAA Indoor Championships and the UK men placed 21st in the nation at that event.
