Kentucky to Begin Postseason Play Against New Hampshire
GREENSBORO, N.C. – After more than two weeks away from the pitch, No. 24 Kentucky (11-4-2) is set to make its postseason debut in the second round of the NCAA Championship against No. 11 New Hampshire (8-0-1) on Sunday at noon ET.

The Wildcats secured one of 14 available at-large bids to an abbreviated tournament field after concluding the regular season with a 3-3-1 record in Conference USA play. Kentucky was led on the year by first-team All-C-USA performers Leon Jones and Marcel Meinzer, who was also C-USA Co-Midfielder of the Year.
Junior right back Robert Screen led the team in minutes and was rewarded with an All-C-USA second-team appearance, while forwards Eythor Bjorgolfsson and Daniel Evans appeared on the All-C-USA third team after leading the Cats in points.
New Hampshire capped off its undefeated spring season with a third consecutive America East Championship crown.
Sunday’s battle between Wildcats will feature a Kentucky squad ranked among the nation’s top 10 in total goals (28) and a New Hampshire team ranked among the top 10 in goals per game (2.44).
Both sides earned a victory at home in the 2019 NCAA Championship before falling on the road in the second round.
