Kentucky Looks to Bounce Back Saturday at FIU

by Connor Link

MIAMI – After dropping back-to-back matches for the first time since 2017, Kentucky (9-4-1, 1-3 Conference USA) looks to bounce back on the road against FIU (3-2, 2-1 C-USA) on Saturday at 6 p.m. ET, live on CUSA.tv.

The Wildcats enter Saturday looking to sweep their season series in the Sunshine State after having defeated Florida Atlantic 3-1 in Boca Raton on March 13.

A 1-0 loss at UAB in Kentucky’s sixth overtime contest of the season on March 27 followed a 1-0 loss to No. 8 Marshall the week prior.

Kentucky owns a 7-6-1 edge in its head-to-head series with FIU since 2006, though the Wildcats have not defeated the Panthers since 2015.

FIU also lost to Marshall directly after beating Florida Atlantic, though the Panthers defeated UAB 4-0 in their last outing.
