LEXINGTON, Ky. – Coming off its first loss of the season in the ITA Kick-Off Weekend finals, Kentucky (4-1) is set to return home for a midweek doubleheader versus IUPUI (1-1) and Dayton (0-3) on Tuesday. First serve with the Jaguars is scheduled for noon ET, followed by first serve with the Flyers at 4 p.m.

Kentucky began last weekend with a 4-1 win over Penn State in the opening match of ITA Kick-Off Weekend in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Wildcats advanced to the region’s championship match last Saturday, taking on host No. 7 Wake Forest. Kentucky claimed the match’s first point but ultimately fell 4-2 to the reigning national runner-up.

Freshman Alexandre LeBlanc, the nation’s No. 55 singles player, picked up his first collegiate ranked win against the Demon Deacons with a convincing 6-4, 6-3 decision over 56th-ranked junior Rrezart Cungu.

With victories over Cleveland State and Toledo in its Jan. 16 spring opener, Kentucky totes a 2-0 record at home in 2020. The Wildcats have not lost a doubles point in any match this season.
