Eight Kentucky football student-athletes are set to graduate Friday, Dec. 20 in Commencement ceremonies at Rupp Arena.
They are senior linebacker Elijah Barnett (communication), senior linebacker Kash Daniel (communication), junior punter Max Duffy (psychology), junior offensive tackle Luke Fortner (mechanical engineering), senior safety Jordan Griffin (community and leadership development), junior center Drake Jackson (agricultural economics), and junior offensive tackle Landon Young (animal science).
Four of the Wildcats, Duffy, Fortner, Jackson and Young, are graduating a year early and will have another season of eligibility. Duffy will work on master’s degree in sport psychology, Fortner a master’s in mechanical engineering and Jackson a master’s in sport leadership.
Former Wildcat Martavious Neloms (2009-12) will also graduate with a degree in family sciences.
Adding in the 71 student-athletes who graduated in May, UK Athletics is expected to have 93 graduates during the 2019 calendar year alone.
