Volleyball Promo Schedule Revealed, Single-Match Tickets on Sale
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky Volleyball program announced its 2019 promotional schedule on Monday , in addition to single-match tickets for the 2019 home schedule going on sale.
The Big Blue Nation will have six chances get post-match autographs from the back-to-back Southeastern Conference Champions, beginning on home opening weekend vs. Indiana. Other post-match autograph matches will be Sept. 27 (Miss. St.), Oct. 4 (S. Car.), Oct. 11 (Georgia), Nov. 1 (Texas A&M) and Nov. 20 (Mizzou).
The annual Battle of the Bluegrass vs. Louisville comes to Memorial Coliseum this season on Junior Wildcat Night. Fans can purchase $3 tickets with the promo code “GOBLUE” and will be given mini foam fingers upon entry to the coliseum while supplies last.
Sure to be an important match in the SEC, the Florida Gators visit Lexington on Oct. 6. That is another Junior Wildcat Club night with a UK Volleyball tumbler giveaway taking place to the first 500 fans.
Senior Day will be on Saturday, Nov. 30 against the Ole Miss Rebels at 1 p.m. ET. Admission will be free to all fans and a will feature a UK Volleyball blanket giveaway. Senior Day ceremonies will kick off the day about 15 minutes prior to first serve.
Kentucky Volleyball will continue its passion of fighting for a greater cause, as Friday, Oct. 11 vs. Georgia will be Pink Night and Sunday, Nov. 3 will involve Dance Blue and the fight against pediatric cancer. For the match vs. Arkansas, fans can purchase discounted tickets using the promo code “GOCATS”. The first 150 fans through the gates will get a free UK stress ball.
The penultimate home match will be on Nov. 20 vs. Mizzou and have a t-shirt giveaway to the first 300 fans. It is also Heroes Night as UK Volleyball honors local heroes in the community.
Single-match tickets are now on sale at UKathletics.com/tickets. Single-match ticket pricing remains the same, with reserved seating at $10 each and general admission tickets $5 each.
Fans may purchase new season tickets online now at UKathletics.com/tickets or by calling the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 (Option 1). Season tickets offer considerable savings over the cost of buying single-match tickets. Season ticket prices include admission to all 14 home matches in Memorial Coliseum. UK Athletics will continue to offer mobile tickets for all Kentucky volleyball general admission season tickets. Instead of receiving printed tickets, general admission season ticket holders will be able to access their tickets electronically through My UK Account or the UK Athletics app. Fans with reserved season tickets will still have the option to receive printed ticket books or mobile tickets.
