Kentucky-Louisville First Pitch Moved to 4 p.m. on Tuesday
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky’s home game with No. 22 Louisville on Tuesday has been moved up to a 4 p.m. ET first pitch due to the forecast for inclement weather later in the evening.
This is the first 2018 meeting between the rivals with a second game scheduled on Apr. 17 in Louisville. The two clubs split the regular season matchups a season ago before Louisville advanced past UK in the NCAA Super Regionals.
The No. 9 Wildcats are coming off a momentum-building win at Alabama on Sunday as they head into a four-game week at home that also sees South Carolina come to Cliff Hagan Stadium for a three-game weekend series.
A limited number of tickets remain for Tuesday’s game and can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com. Baseball weather related game changes also can be followed by calling the UK Athletics Weather Hotline at (859) 257-9014.
