WBB Auctioning Fan Experience Package for Kay Yow Cancer Fund
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky women’s basketball team is needing the help of Big Blue Nation to raise money for its Play4Kay Pink Game on Thursday, Feb. 15 against Arkansas. The Wildcats are auctioning fan experience packages and special edition pink uniform shorts with all proceeds going to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
Five fan experience packages will be auctioned online and include four tickets to the game vs. Arkansas, the opportunity to be on the court with the Wildcats during pregame warmups and the winner will be introduced with a Wildcat during starting lineups. There will also be a photo opportunity for the winner postgame. Travel expenses are not provided. The minimum bid for each experience is $100.
Five pair of 2015-16 special edition game-worn pink uniform shorts ranging from size 34 to 38 are also up for auction. The minimum bid for each pair is $50.
