- Kentucky rises to 12-11 overall, 4-5 in Southeastern Conference play this season with the win, while Auburn 11-10, 2-7 SEC.

- Junior guard Maci Morris made back-to-back 3-pointers to start the game and give Kentucky an early 6-2 lead, but the Tigers responded with nine straight points.
