General Questions
Which phones are supported?
The pass is supported by iPhone and Android smartphones. The Kentucky Wildcats Gameday app must also be downloaded for use of the pass.
Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?
UK Football Young Alumni Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the Kentucky Wildcats Gameday app. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to Commonwealth Stadium and seat assignments will be managed through the app.
Can I purchase the pass if I don’t have an iPhone or Android phone?
Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Commonwealth Stadium.
Can my tickets be loaded into Passbook?
Not at this time. Kentucky Football Young Alumni Passes are only able to be accessed through the Kentucky Wildcats Gameday app.
Are UK Football Young Alumni Passes refundable?
All UK Football Young Alumni Pass sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Which games are included with my UK Football Young Alumni Pass?
Your UK Football Young Alumni Pass includes tickets to all regular season home games.
Entering Commonwealth Stadium
How do I get into Commonwealth Stadium with my UK Football Young Alumni Pass?
Your ticket for each of Kentucky football’s home games can be found in the Kentucky Wildcats Gameday app. Download the app and tap the “More” button and then look under the “Young Alumni Pass” tab. Upon logging in, you will be provided with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Commonwealth Stadium.
How does my guest scan in?
All barcodes will be on one device inside the Kentucky Wildcats Gameday app. You and your guests will need to arrive at Commonwealth Stadium together so that you all can scan your tickets at the same time.
Seat Locations
Am I guaranteed a seat for all home games with my UK Football Young Alumni Pass?
Yes! At least 24-hours prior to kickoff, your passes will be updated for you to accept your seat location. Most seats will be located within the north upper level; however, this may vary based on opponent and ticket availability. Please note that the time you accept does not impact which seat location you’re assigned.
What if I lose the text message with my UK Football Young Alumni Pass?
If you can’t access your UK Football Young Alumni Pass via text message, simply access the Kentucky Wildcats Gameday app and tap on the “Young Alumni Pass” tab in the menu, located under the “More” menu. Additionally, you can email questions to listen@expapp.com at any time to receive a timely response.
Exchanging Passes
Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
No, passes are non-transferable and cannot be posted for resale.
Can I share my pass with someone else?
Passes cannot be shared. Admission to Commonwealth Stadium and seat assignments will be managed through the Kentucky Wildcats Gameday app on your smartphone.
