Reymann Named C-USA Men’s Soccer Scholar Athlete for 2016-17

LEXINGTON, Ky. –  Kentucky soccer’s Charlie Reymann, who finished his senior year in the 2016 season, was named the Conference USA Men’s Soccer winner for the 2016-17 Scholar Athlete Award.

Reymann was a C-USA Commissioner’s Academic Medal winner (better than a 3.75 cumulative GPA) and Honor Roll member (better than 3.0 GPA) for the 2016-17 academic year.

He also was named to the C-USA All-Academic Team.

Reymann, a team leader and accomplished defender who maintained a 3.7 GPA in a challenging finance major, was named Second Team All-C-USA as he led the conference with nine assists. He stared every one of UK’s 2016 matches, making him a key player on one of the best defenses in the league.
 
He was named to the C-USA Honor Roll every year in college.
