The Wildcats also engage in multiple team-building activities during that time.
The Wildcats who competed at last weekend’s NCAA Indoor Championships will compete sparingly this weekend, but they’ll nonetheless be on hand the find baselines at the start of outdoor.
Beckie Famurewa, fresh off a scoring performance in the weight throw last week, is scheduled to throw the discus.
Jacob Thomson, who claimed Southeastern Conference Silver in the 5,000 meters indoors, is entered in the 1,500m.
Kentucky’s relay teams are also scheduled to open up the year this weekend.
Saturday’s events will be live streamed on Pac-12 Networks online.
Arizona State will also provide live results.
