Meet the Wildcats: Montana Whittle

LEXINGTON, Ky. – In preparation for the Blue/White Scrimmage on Dec. 13, UKathletics.com presents “Meet the Wildcats,” an opportunity for you to get to know a little more about the 2016 Kentucky Gymnastics team. Today’s Meet the Wildcats features senior Montana Whittle.

Whittle, a senior from Lincoln, Nebraska, enters 2016 after competing in every meet for the Wildcats as a junior on balance beam and once on uneven bars. She posted her first career event title at Missouri with a career-best 9.875 on balance beam, a score she would later match vs. Ball State and Pittsburgh. She also was named to the SEC Academic team for the second consecutive season and made her first appearance on the SEC Community Service team in 2014.
