Lextran to Resume Operation of Downtown, Campus Shuttles
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Lextran, which operated a shuttle for UK football games in seasons prior to this fall, will resume operation of campus and downtown shuttle routes for the final three games of the 2015 season starting with Kentucky’s game against Tennessee on Saturday.
The campus shuttle services free public parking in Parking Structures #2, #3 and #6, as well as the Visitor RV lot. Pregame service begins two hours prior to kickoff and ends 30 minutes after kickoff. Postgame service begins at the start of the fourth quarter and ends an hour after the conclusion of each game.
The downtown shuttle services three locations: the Shops at Lexington Center (430 W. Vine), the Lextran Transit Center (150 E. Vine) and Chatham’s (Woodland/High/Maxwell). Pregame service begins three hours prior to kickoff and ends 30 minutes after kickoff. Postgame service begins at the start of the fourth quarter and ends an hour after the conclusion of each game.

NOTE FOR SATURDAY: The Cox and High Street lots at Rupp Arena are reserved for those with Breeders’ Cup permits only on Saturday. The Gate 1 lot is available free of charge for fans wishing to park near Rupp Arena and use the downtown shuttle. All other downtown parking locations are available, but may be impacted by Breeders’ Cup parking.
Additionally, there will be no shuttle in operation between Commonwealth Stadium and Keeneland for the Breeders’ Cup.
The Wildcats (4-3) return to action at home on Saturday against rival Tennessee. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. and will be preceded by the live airing of SEC Nation from 10 a.m. to noon, along with Halloween festivities, trick-or-treating, a concert and viewing of the Breeders’ Cup races outside the stadium.
