Countdown to First Serve: Meet Olivia Dailey

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Our first feature on an incoming freshman is Olivia Dailey. Dailey is a setter from Trussville, Ala. 
Dailey arrived on campus in January and competed in spring practice. She comes to Kentucky after earning AAU All-America honors in 2014. Dailey competed for the Southern Performance Volleyball Club and helped her AAU team to a fifth-place finish at AAU Nationals in the 18 Premier Division. Dailey was also named to the 18’s division JVA All-National team in 2013. She is ranked 43rd in the Prep Volleyball’s “Senior Aces.” 
Now it’s time to get to know Olivia a little bit better …

Kentucky’s Memorial Coliseum will play host to the NCAA Regionals Dec. 11-12. UK is one of four sites selected for the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight matchups with one team advancing to the Final Four in Omaha, Neb., from the Lexington Region. This marks the third time in five seasons Memorial Coliseum will host this premier volleyball event.
