Kentucky improves to 24-9 overall, while Tennessee State finishes its season 18-13 and champions of the Ohio Valley Conference.
Kentucky moves to 736-495 (61.9) all-time in 41 seasons of varsity women’s basketball.

UK is now 9-3 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament and has won seven in a row.

Sophomore guard Makayla Epps scored 13 points, her 26th game in double figures this season, including third straight.
Freshman guard Jaycee Coe came off the bench and netted a career-high 10 points, scoring eight of them in the second half. Her previous high was seven vs. Florida (1/15/15).
- Hit a career-high two 3-pointers on two attempts.
Freshman forward Alyssa Rice tied her career high with nine points off the bench. She also had nine vs. Vanderbilt (2/8/15).
Senior forward Jelleah Sidney charted a career-high five assists and five steals in 17 minutes of play.
