Kentucky improves to 17-5 overall, 6-3 in the SEC, while Georgia falls to 17-5, 5-4 SEC.
Kentucky moves to 729-491 (65.5) all-time in 41 seasons of varsity women’s basketball and 166-143 (55.9) in the month of February.
Matthew Mitchell, UK’s all-time winningest coach, improves to 217-105 overall, 188-76 at UK.
- Mitchell is now 77-40 in SEC play and 6-7 vs. Georgia.
This was the 51st meeting between the programs since UK became a varsity sport in 1974-75.

Kentucky hit 13-of-33 39.4 percent, while Georgia was 15-of-27 for 55.6 percent.
UK went 14-of-16 from the free-throw line in the second half for 87.5 percent.
Jen O’Neill scored 13 of her team-high 21 points in the second half.
- She also scored eight the last 10 points of the game for UK and the go-ahead 3-pointer with 1:37 to play.

- Had six rebounds in 25 minutes of action.
Sophomore Linnae Harper scored 11 points on 5-of-18 shooting from the floor.
- Now has scored in double-figures in six of the last eight games.
- Grabbed a game-high eight rebounds, her 14th game of the season with five or more rebounds.
Senior Bria Goss scored 10 points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out four assists.
- Has now scored in double figures in three of her last four games.
Freshman Alexis Jennings added 10 points off the bench, her fourth straight game in double digits.
- Hit 4-of-4 from the free-throw line and has now hit 10 in a row.
