LEXINGTON, Ky. – The 10th-ranked Kentucky rifle team will host No. 15 Tennessee-Martin on Sunday at Buell Armory.
The action will begin at 8 a.m. ET, with smallbore, and air rifle will follow later in the morning at approximately 10:30 a.m.
Fans can watch results in the upstairs portion of the Armory. Live scoring will be available at UKrifle.com.
UK ground two wins on the road last weekend, with respective scores of 4648 vs. No. 12 Navy and 4650 vs. No. 17 NC State.
UK is 3-0 on the season, 1-0 in the Great American Rifle Conference this season. The Wildcats best score of the season, 4686, came last month at home vs. Akron.
“We are looking to improve from our last outing,” UK head coach Harry Mullins. “I feel we have worked hard this week and are looking to gain from that.”
Kentucky has three top-25 wins this season, over No. 12 Navy, No. 14 Akron and No. 17 NC State.
The Wildcats were led in smallbore by Connor Davis last weekend on both Saturday and Sunday, as defending NCAA Air Rifle Champion, posted a season-best 580.
Heather Kirby led UK in air rifle last Sunday with a score of 593, the same total Sonya May paced UK with on Saturday vs. Navy.
